About the event

Are you LGBTIQ+* and have you always wanted to learn the art of self-defense in a safer environment?

And do you also want to boost your self-confidence? Then this is your chance! Sign up now for the kickboxing lessons of The Fight Qlub of the Colorful Pride Netherlands Foundation. During these lessons you will learn how to defend yourself using the basic techniques of kickboxing. You practice these techniques with your training partner and/or on the punching bag. The Fight Qlub trainers are Queer BIPoC professionals with a lot of experience. The main goals of these classes are to “boosting” self-confidence and to become more resilient.

Costs: The lessons are based on donation for the LGBTIQ+ community.
